A Conceptual Bridge Between Past And Future

Montreal-based design studio Les Ateliers Guyon were commissioned to create a travelling installation featuring three conceptual machines that bridge the past and the future.
The immersive installations were created using a combination of artisanal craft and new technology. Together, they represent the work of over 100 artists through features such as a piano-gramophone, a slide-carousel and a chair-stationary bike that projects images onto a screen. The work is currently on display at a selection of art galleries, and the foyers of ACE Hotels around the world.
