The 90 square-meter retail locus residing in Paris’ 1st arrondissement was divided into three distinct spaces for shopping experiences – street, gallery, and salon. OMA wished to liberate Repossi from city centre’s overcrowded retail contexts by the concept of division, for instance, when the ground floor is gem free it is open for unlimited occupancy. Color-tinted mirrors, mirage-like aluminum cladding and a two-vertical-system staircase align presently with the full-fledged jewelers.
