An up-close and personal photo series titled ‘Territory‘ by photographer Jelka von Langen, documenting boxers in Weißensee, north-east of Berlin.
Throughout the non-gentrified area, people come from Cameroon, Turkey, Romania, older generations from the GDR, and many more places, inspiring von Langen to capture her global surroundings. Raw sweat, tattooed faces, and a home for local’s to train their bodies through this physical therapy.
